Acid Anti-Hyper pigmentation Serum
Trichloroacetic Acid 10% ampoule is a rinse-off serum with 10% trichloroacetic
acid designed to combat skin hyper pigmentation. It will help get rid of age
spots, freckles, age spots, scars, post-acne marks and stretch marks.
PH level: 1.8
for all skin types. Does not contain fragrances.
Stage I. Pre-peeling preparation - It is recommended to carry out within 14 days before peeling.
Stage II. Chemical peeling
Step 1. Cleansing. Deep cleansing foam, spread with light massage movements and leave for 15–20 seconds. Wash off with water. Dry the skin.
Step 2. Degrease the skin.
Step 3. Apply TCA peeling according to the selected concentration. It is applied with a peeling brush or cotton swabs on the skin of the face from the periphery to the center in the following sequence: forehead, temples, cheeks, nose, chin, eyelids. After a while - There is a burning sensation and pain. from 20% TCA peeling - “frost-effect” appears on the skin surface. At the same time, peeling of 12.5% may not give "frost", but cause a slight burning sensation.
By its intensity, one can judge the depth of penetration, and by its homogeneity, the uniformity of material application to all treated areas. In case of uneven application to individual areas, they can be re-treated with the material. The number of layers to be applied depends both on the concentration of the material used Peeling TCA 12.5% or 20-25%, as well as on the desired depth of penetration.
Allow 2-3 minutes between repeated applications. There is no need to achieve a pronounced "frost effect" on the skin of the neck, décolleté and hands. After stopping the application of the peeling material, the subjective pain sensations cease.
Step 4. After peeling, apply a regenerating cream

The course of the post-peeling period depends on the depth of the peeling performed. If 1-2 layers of TCA 12.5% are characterized by the absence of crusts and the development of a slight peeling process, which lasts 4-5 days, then after TCA 25% peeling, edema is observed and severe erythema increases within 24-48 hours after the procedure. Films and crusts are formed. During this period, the patient should not wet the skin of the face. Films and crusts spontaneously peel off within 7-10 days. It is necessary to warn the patient about the inadmissibility of their forced removal. When using both TCA 12.5% and TCA 20%, from the first day after the peeling procedure until the exfoliation process is complete, it is necessary to constantly moisturize the skin with a cream and protect it from ultraviolet radiation by applying sunscreen in the morning.
TCAPEEL 12.5%: the basic course is 3–5 procedures, which are performed at intervals of 2–4 weeks.
TCAPEEL 20-25%: 1 procedure every 4-6 months. It is possible by the decision of the doctor - 2 procedures every 2-3 months
Expected reactions after peeling
During the procedure, protein coagulation occurs, which manifests itself in the form of a "frost effect". The day after the TCA 20-25% procedure, there is a fairly pronounced edema, erythema, crusts and films are formed. The skin looks like "tanned". By the second day, the edema decreases, the film begins to tighten the skin strongly. Intense peeling begins from 2-3 days and ends by 7-10 days. The skin on the hands peels off for a little longer. After rejection of the coagulation film, the skin turns pink. A similar skin color occurs with sunburn. After a few more days, the skin is completely restored.
